The Rotary Club of Fairy Meadow supports the following Youth programs:

RYPEN Rotary Youth Program of Enrichment (RYPEN) is a no cost to participant residential week-end seminar for 14 to 16 year olds held in May of each year. It is an opportunity to discover, through ideas, problem solving, team and group activities, experiences that will assist the participants in forming their own values and moral standards, and to broaden their cultural, social & academic horizons.

RYLA Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA) is a no-cost to participant leadership training seminar for young adults between the ages of 18 to 25. It is a week long residential course held each January at Stanwell Tops. RYLA is a premier youth leadership development program designed to promote personal and professional development of youths who have already been identified with exceptional leadership potential.

INTERACT Interact is a Rotary-sponsored service club for young people ages 14-18. The programme gives young people an opportunity to participate in fun, meaningful service projects while developing leadership skills and meeting new friends. Several local high schools already have Interact clubs.

MUNA Model United Nations Assembly (MUNA) enables young people to simulate the workings of the United Nations Assembly by having teams of two or three Year 11 students represent a particular U.N. country in debates on matters of world political and social concern. MUNA is held on a Saturday in May at the Nan Tien Temple at Berkeley near Wollongong.

RYDA Rotary Youth Driver Awareness (RYDA) is a road safety program designed to reduce the trauma on our roads by encouraging Year 11 students to take a more responsible attitude to driving. The one day program is held at the Croome Road Sporting complex at Albion Park. This program, held annually at the end of October, is organised through the local high schools.

RYE Rotary Youth Exchange is an international exchange program which enables students between the ages of 16 & 18 to travel to another country to spend 12 month attending secondary school and living with host families in that country. The main objective of this program is to foster international understanding and goodwill.

Rotaract Rotaract clubs are sponsored by Rotary clubs and are service clubs for young adults aged 18-30 years of age. The University of Wollongong has a Rotaract club & you do not have to attend the university in order to belong to the Rotaract club.
